Mark A Heller wrote against Lehi, a lot. Some sound very illogical. If his anti religion trend motivated him to insert one particular line or interpret something towards his choice of words, then that is very sad.


Extremists they were and condemn should we all.


But it should be stated , Lehi had never anything to do with religion.

Under King Saud, Shukairi had been accustomed to largely having his own way in representing Saudi positions before the United Nations. These were consistently anti-British (Saud had broken relations with Britain over the 1956 Suez War) and highly critical of US policy on matters relating to Palestine and Israel.
